- Christmas in the Village will take place on December 4 from 5 to 10 p.m. at Loreauville Town Hall on Main St. Loreauville by St. Joseph Catholic Church. 6 p.m. – start of the event (hang ornaments). 6.30 p.m. – Santa Claus arrives. 7:00 p.m. – Christmas tree lighting. - Parc Moncus kicks off its opening season with a holiday celebration, Christmas in the Park. The 12-night seasonal event will take place from Thursday, December 16 to Wednesday, December 29, 2021, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., excluding New Years Eve and Christmas Day. In addition to live music, the event will feature a wide variety of entertainment and activities for the whole family, including six separate activities for children per night, a visit from Santa Claus, a Christmas market and a shop. general, selfie stations, a live art installation, local food vendors, cocktails and specialty drinks, and much more.
Live entertainment will take place each evening with performances ranging from 30 minutes to over two hours featuring local school and church choirs and regional artists.
Instead of a live performance, on Sunday, December 19, the event will bring the classic holiday movie, Elf, to the big screen.

Prepaid ticket prices are $ 10 per person and can be purchased online. Tickets at the door will be $ 15 and can be paid for in cash or by credit card. Additional ticketing options include Family Passes which include tickets for five people and nearby parking for $ 55 and VIP tickets which include access for two to our VIP tent, four free drinks and on-site parking for $ 150. Family passes and VIP tickets must be purchased in advance. General admission ticket purchases include free parking at Cajun Field with a short shuttle ride to and from Moncus Park. - Annual Carencro Country Christmas, December 4, 2021, sponsored by Carencro Business Association. The event is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Community Center, 5115 N. University Avenue, and features arts and crafts, food, choirs and holiday entertainment.

- The Sonic Christmas Parade is scheduled for December 5, 2021. The parade will take place at 1 pm.
Saint-Landry Parish
December 16
- Eunice will host a parade of lights that will light up downtown on December 16 at 6 p.m. Nonprofits, businesses, civic groups, interest groups and more are invited to participate in this illuminated evening parade that will draw locals to the streets of the charming historic town of Eunice.

- Thanksgiving, November 25 at 6:00 p.m. The annual shrimp boat lighting located on Brashear Ave. in Morgan City.

- The annual Christmas lighting of the Berwick Lighthouse will take place at 6 p.m. Meet Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus.
November 27
- The Mistletoe and Moss Holiday Market is a holiday market featuring crafts, food, and more. It will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. under the highway. 90 Bridge in Morgan City.
28 november
- Gulf State Wrestling will be hosting a Season’s Beating Wrestling fundraiser for Toys for Tots at the Morgan City Auditorium. Doors open at 2:30 p.m., the bell rings at 3:30 p.m.
December 4
- Christmas Movie Night will be held at the Berwick Civic Center on December 4 at 6 p.m. Santa will be there and a movie with food, drinks and gifts.
- The 2021 Christmas Golf Cart Parade and Streetlamp Lighting Ceremony will take place on December 4 with programming at 5 p.m. and the parade will begin at 6 p.m. at the corner of Jackson and Main streets and end at Courthouse Square with the lighting of the Christmas tree.
- Christmas bike race in Patterson. Switch on your bike. It begins and ends at Morey Park. Starts at 6 p.m.
December 6
- Tri-City Youth Theater Rudolf Rides Again Children’s Play Christmas Show will take place at 6:30 p.m. at the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium.
December 7
- The Marine Corps Band Toys for Tots Christmas concert with free admission (new unwrapped toy appreciated) will take place at 7 p.m. at the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium.
December 11
- Patterson Christmas Home Tour and Lower Atchafalaya Christmas Boat Parade in Patterson will take place at 6 p.m. at Morey Park in Patterson.
December 12
- The City of Patterson Christmas Pet Parade will be held on December 12 at 12 p.m. with a line-up at 11 a.m. on Main Street in Patterson.
- Wedell-Williams Aviation & Cypress Sawmill’s annual Christmas Tree Festival will host an open house for visitors to admire the variety of decorated trees from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Louisiana State Museum in Patterson in the park Kemper Williams. Free entry and refreshments.
- The annual Patterson City Christmas Parade will take place at 2 p.m. on the highway. 182 Main Street in Patterson. Contact 985-395-5205 for more information.
