Covington’s vote will take place at the Newton County Administration Building, 1113 Usher St. Porterdale’s vote will take place at Porterdale Town Hall, 2400 Main St. Dates and times are October 18-22 and October 25-29 October, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Oct. 16 and 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
